Npvision Group has created a solid business by winning over customers’ hearts and wallets. The company has just been named a Børsen Gazelle Company for the third year in a row.
Corporate CSR initiatives should focus on strengthening the companies’ core business and increasing value creation. Otherwise, the well-intentioned initiatives end up as single projects and business initiatives that hold only the management’s interest in times of prosperity.
So says Niels Peter Holm, Director of Npvision Group, which is one of Denmark’s leading companies in the purchase and sale of used IT equipment.
Npvision Group has created a solid business helping large and medium-sized Danish companies ensure that their IT equipment that has served its purpose is recycled, while customers also get the best price for the equipment in international markets.
It has been such excellent business that Npvision Group has just been named a “Børsen Gazelle Company” for the third year in a row.
“We have hit the mark with the current major trend, where limiting resource consumption has much more focus than it did a few years ago. Therefore, there is much greater awareness among Danish companies that their IT equipment that has served its purpose can be of benefit elsewhere. Moreover, it’s not just starry-eyed charity – it actually makes financial sense as we ensure companies achieve the best possible price for the equipment,” says Niels Peter Holm.
Expanding its customer base
According to Npvision Group’s statistics, a company can typically reduce investments in the purchase of new IT equipment by 10% when the IT equipment that has served its purpose is resold.
“We have built a trusting relationship with a number of Danish companies that have made us their go-to partner for selling used IT equipment. In line with us continually gaining new clients, we can also steadily expand our customer portfolio and increase our growth,” says Niels Peter Holm.
“The fact that we have been named a Børsen Gazelle Company for the third time now confirms our view that the business model is right, and that there is a demand for our services,” he continues.
“A Børsen Gazelle Company is characterised by growing continuously and at least doubling its revenue or gross profit over four financial years.”
